Responsibilities

• Begin developing appraisal skills - learn the companies business systems
• Learning the tools and techniques that will assist the trainee in becoming a good appraiser
• Financial Analysis and Data Manipulation
• Conduct market research
• Assist in preparation of narrative reports
• Schedule travel and accommodations for client site inspections and appraisals
• Participate in on-site interviews - understand plant inspection
• 30% - 40% travel is required

 Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred
• Experience in Lending, Auditing, Consulting or Financial Modeling are an asset
• Excellent French and English verbal and written skills
• Strong data analysis skills (especially with Excel)
• Experience in lending, auditing, consulting or financial modeling will help in the learning process but is not required
• Must have a high degree of integrity and business acumen
