Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and project workflow
• Travel to client sites for initial inspection and evaluation
• Manage all client communication
• Interview Senior management on site
• Research the marketability of the machinery under various value definitions
• Analyse market research data
• Prepare detailed narrative reports for our clients
• Communicate value conclusions and answer all client questions

 Qualifications

• 3-7 years of valuation experience (Equipment & Machinery)
• Excellent French and English verbal & written communication skills
• Must have appraised machinery and equipment in a wide variety of industrial and commercial environments in the past
• Must be self sufficient and have the ability to complete an appraisal end-to-end
• Experience managing a variety of appraisal teams is an asset
• Ability to work well in a Team environment
