Our commitment is to serve the best interests of both the clients and the candidate to ensure the right fit every time. - Developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of customer accounts
- Searching for potential candidates via recruiting, advertising and networking
- Pre-screen candidates based on employers requirements and specifications as well as ascertain their French/ English competency
- Administer written, oral and keyboarding tests as required to determine candidates suitability for a position
- Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates
- Perform background and reference checks as required by customers
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with employers and candidates
- Visits clients and attend conferences/ workshops/ career fests as required

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience in the industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & French
- Must possess a strong sales ability
- Exceptional professional mannerism - in person, on the phone, and in email
- Must have the innate ability to quickly determine successful matches between candidate & employer
- Must enjoy interacting with people on all levels
- A proactive temperament combined with strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer focus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a knack for negotiating
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be a Team Player
- Strong computer literacy, MS Word & Excel, Internet savvy (familiar with Social Media is an asset)
- Proven awareness of local industry and current affairs
