Excellent and challenging position for an experienced Bilingual Sales Administration Agent with an growing organization.

 Responsibilities

  • Assists in the completion of customer lab tenders in both English and French
  • Assists in the completion of Contract Agreements
  • Monitor Canadian tender websites and download tender documents for timely completion
  • Assist in the planning and organization of tradeshows and customer symposiums
  • Assist in the creation of technical tender response database
  • Create monthly sales statistics reports for Sales Manager and Technical Account Specialists
  • Create and manage Instrument and customer database
  • Work cooperatively with Technical Account Specialists and Sales Manager

 Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent French
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database software
  • Works cooperatively in group situations
  • Works in an organized manner
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
