Responsibilities

• Responsible for responding to RFPs and RFTs
• Review specific needs with sales and products management, as well as manufacturing and project managers or outside installers
• Be responsible for sending queries to contracting officer regarding clarification and compliance issues
• Obtain supporting documents from manufacturing, test labs, quality assurance, environmental groups, etc.
• Prepare pricing strategy with sales management, as well as bid submissions which may include CAD design
• Answer queries from contracting officer on bid submissions

 Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Bid Specialist or related experience
• Experience within the manufacturing industry highly preferred
• Excellent English and French verbal and written skills
• Strong MS office skills
• Familiar with CAD design
