| Responsibilities
- To support all dealer personnel in satisfying their parts requirements and expectations in conjunction with the Customer Satisfaction Index ratings, as well as meeting the corporate and departmental objectives
- Respond to dealer/internal technical parts inquiries and estimated time of arrival requests and determine the correct part/application
- Correspond with vendor/technical staff to solve dealer inquiries
- Qualify dealer inquiry to vendor specific requirements
- Issue credits/debits. Determine qualification by interpreting parts policy and procedures for battery warranty, parts warranty, core credits, port installed mats and the bulk oil program
- Review backorders/determine dealer requirements and take corrective measures accordingly
- Support dealer inquiries and concerns regarding the Dealer Communication System, Electronic Parts Catalogue and Parts Ticket Processes

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French
- Ability to understanding in detail, the fit and function of automotive parts and to be able to analyze technical drawings
- 2 years of related (parts) experience
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred along with basic knowledge of accounting procedures and general administrative practices
