| Responsibilities
- Process semi- monthly and bi-weekly payroll across Canada (1000+ employees) - multiple divisions
- Payroll processing includes Flex benefits program, Pension administration, Life Insurance, etc.
- Input all documentation associated with the payroll function in accordance to provincial & federal legislation and company policies
- Tracking vacation & sick days
- Reconciliation of General Ledger
- Preparation of reports in Crystal

Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and French
- Must have first level of PCP
- 3-5 years of experience in Payroll
- Experience with Crystal reports will be an asset
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mathematical aptitude
