| Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from across Canada and international calls
- Provide technical support over the phone
- Log calls into system
- Follow up with customers where necessary
- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Excellent English and Spanish OR English and French verbal communication skills
- CSR or Technical Support experience
- Strong logical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
