| Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of customer accounts
- Searching for potential candidates via recruiting, advertising and networking
- Prescreen candidates based on employer’s requirements and specifications as well as ascertain their French / English competency.
- Administer written, oral and keyboarding tests as required to determine candidates suitability for a position
- Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates
- Perform background and reference checks as required by customers.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with employers and candidates
- Visit clients and attend conferences/workshops/career fests as required

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & French
- Exceptional professional mannerism – in person, on the phone, and in email
- Must have the innate ability to quickly determine successful matches between candidate & employer
- Must enjoy interacting with people on all levels
- A proactive temperament combined with strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer focus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a knack for negotiating.
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Post secondary education
- Basic computer literacy, MS Word & Excel, Internet savvy
- Proven awareness of local industry and current affairs.
