| Responsibilities
- Take customer calls
- Provide payouts, bill of sale, no interest letters
- Advise customers by phone or in writing about loans
- General inquiries on customer accounts
- Provide documentation support for Collection department
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must speak English and French
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience within the Finance industry is an asset
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Solid PC skills
- Must be a team player, flexible and adaptable
- Self motivated "can do" attitude
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
