This is an excellent Customer Service opportunity with a well established, multi-national company for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls
  • Provide payouts, bill of sale, no interest letters
  • Advise customers by phone or in writing about loans
  • General inquiries on customer accounts
  • Provide documentation support for Collection department
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

  • Must speak English and French
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience within the Finance industry is an asset
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Solid PC skills
  • Must be a team player, flexible and adaptable
  • Self motivated "can do" attitude
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
