Bilingual Customer Service Representative
This is an excellent Customer Service opportunity with a well established, multi-national company for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Take customer calls
Provide payouts, bill of sale, no interest letters
Advise customers by phone or in writing about loans
General inquiries on customer accounts
Provide documentation support for Collection department
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must speak English and French
2 years of Customer Service experience
Experience within the Finance industry is an asset
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
Solid PC skills
Must be a team player, flexible and adaptable
Self motivated "can do" attitude
