Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Our client is an international leading provider of multilingual translation and publishing services. Great opportunity + benefits!

 Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, processing invoices and expense forms
  • Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and conference calls etc.
  • Provide support administering personnel matters
  • Sort, distribute and determine action on all incoming mail; ensure distribution of outgoing mail, including all courier requests.
  • Prospect new clients .
  • Other administrative support duties as required

 Qualifications

  • Other administrative support duties as required.
  • Experience of two years will be an asset.
  • Perfect command of English and French
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Professional, enthusiastic, dependable, flexible
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills as well as basic accounting and payroll experience required
  • Strong commitment to customer service
