| Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, processing invoices and expense forms
- Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and conference calls etc.
- Provide support administering personnel matters
- Sort, distribute and determine action on all incoming mail; ensure distribution of outgoing mail, including all courier requests.
- Prospect new clients .
- Other administrative support duties as required

Qualifications
- Other administrative support duties as required.
- Experience of two years will be an asset.
- Perfect command of English and French
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Good listening and communication skills
- Professional, enthusiastic, dependable, flexible
- Excellent computer and data entry skills as well as basic accounting and payroll experience required
- Strong commitment to customer service
