Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Respond to approximately 45 - 50 inbound calls per day from varied clientele
Document notes with clients on line
Communicate with clients through email correspondence in English/ French
Follow up with Travel Agents/ Customers on commitments made
Assist with technical support inquiries
Interact with claims department
Diffuse challenging call situations and ensure pleasant telephone etiquette
Qualifications
Minimum grade 12
Excellent language and grammar skills in both English and French
Minimum 1 year of Customer/ Client service experience
Ability to work with MS Word & Excel
Excellent phone manner
Strong interpersonal skills
