| Responsibilities
- Authorize Claims - validate component coverage and claim eligibility.
- Process warranty claims according to policies and procedures.
- Validate and process applications, transfers and cancellations.
- Respond to staff and client inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute periodic sales and claim reports.
- Prepare correspondence to customers concerning applications, transfers and cancellations.
- Apply acquired business skills and knowledge to control claim expense without compromising customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Post secondary education.
- 2 - 5 years automotive dealer service experience.
- Must have a good knowledge of Automotive parts and mechanics
- Having a license as an Automotive Technician is definitely an asset
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
- Competent PC skills (MS Office)
