Excellent & challenging position where you will be responsible for administration activities related to processing dealer claims for reimbursement. One year contract, will likely be extended or go permanent.

 Responsibilities

  • Authorize Claims - validate component coverage and claim eligibility.
  • Process warranty claims according to policies and procedures.
  • Validate and process applications, transfers and cancellations.
  • Respond to staff and client inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic sales and claim reports.
  • Prepare correspondence to customers concerning applications, transfers and cancellations.
  • Apply acquired business skills and knowledge to control claim expense without compromising customer satisfaction.

 Qualifications

  • Post secondary education.
  • 2 - 5 years automotive dealer service experience.
  • Must have a good knowledge of Automotive parts and mechanics
  • Having a license as an Automotive Technician is definitely an asset
  • Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
  • Competent PC skills (MS Office)
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
