| Responsibilities
- Handling internal and external customer calls and requests effectively and efficiently.
- Assisting and coordinating sales orders through to successful delivery. Liaising with internal departments as required to ensure product arrives in a timely manner to meet on time delivery goals.
- Responsible for the communication to and ensurance that internal departments are aware of and follow any special requirements for individual clients.
- Advising clients and sales representatives of any potential/actual delivery issues (back orders, missed deadlines, etc.)
- Communicating delivery, quality or price issues to appropriate personnel.
- Reviewing/editing sales orders for complete accuracy; ensuring company requirements are met for terms and conditions. Monitoring pricing for appropriate discount approvals.
- Preparing and editing layout sheets to ensure complete accuracy and integrity. Requoting on repeat orders for updated pricing and/or revised order quantities. Assisting on artwork requests when required.
- Responding to pricing and product inquiries from sales representatives and customers.
- Updating and maintaining master client files located in the customer service area.
- Providing administrative support to sales representatives through generation of customer order histories, pricing, etc.
- Researching customer or product information as required through the use of internet of other methods.
- Developing process solutions if and when appropriate (customer order forms, templates etc.)
- Identifying and communicating sales opportunities when discovered.
- Provide back up to Catalogue Customer Service group as required for vacation, absences or high workload situations.
- Assist with target marketing initiatives, eg. Fax, mail, broadcasts, etc.

Qualifications
- High school graduate, preferably college
- 2 years of related Customer Service, Inside Sales or Sales Support experience
- Computer literate with Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook, Microsoft Office Products.
- Above average communication skills-Individual must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Above average organizational skills.
- Self-Starter- Able to work on own with minimal supervisory intervention, take responsibility for self-development.
- Previous experience dealing with public essential.
- Above average listening skills.
- Bilingual-position provides back up to Catalogue Customer Service group.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
