| Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries in both English and French (80 - 100 calls per day), mainly from Ontario & Quebec.
- Processing incoming orders via email, phone & fax.
- Filing and other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor
- Serving customers at the pick up counter.
- Follow up with customers where necessary

Qualifications
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- 1-2 years of Customer Service or related experience
- Strong MS Word & Excel skills
- Experience with AS 400 is an asset
- Must be a quick learner (5000 plus active sku's)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi- task
