| Responsibilities
- Process & Analyze customer surveys
- Prepare customer mail & re-email files
- Identify customer concerns & communicate customer concerns to Dealers & Regional Offices
- Maintain customer concern log & prepare summary reports
- Prepare reports to track & monitor survey volumes
- Manage undeliverable surveys
- Process Customer Information changes (i.e. address)
- Responsible for Department mail distribution
- Responsible for French translation as it pertains to companies' survey program, Dealer correspondence, etc.
- Establish & maintain effective relationships with Dealership personnel
- Provide Reception relief

Qualifications
- Bilingual - excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and French
- Bachelors Degree in business or related discipline
- 1-2 years of Administration or related experience
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Well - organized
- Good numerical sense
- Capable of managing multiple priorities & meeting deadlines
- Team- oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs & Applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
