Bilingual Jr. Marketing Coordinator
Great opportunity with a well-established not-for-profit organization! This role includes coordinating the entire process of course and seminar material preparation and delivery. This includes project planning, current material revisions, new material development, step by step follow-through, production, ordering and preparation for delivery to students.

 Responsibilities

  • Review all course and seminar material on an annual basis to ensure that updates are made as required.
  • Be in direct contact with the Subject Material Experts in each field.
  • Ensure French translations are up to date.
  • Coordinate the Update/Revision of materials for each course or seminar on a 3 year rotation schedule
  • Coordinate the production of all new educational materials in conjunction with volunteers in the Educational Department.
  • In conjunction with the graphics staff, format course and seminar material
  • Coordinate the work of the Graphics Committee
  • Ensure all copywrite requirements are met.
  • Work with all educational materials suppliers as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for complaints and concerns about educational material.
  • Coordinate the revision of all examinations as required.
  • Liaise with the Manager of Government and Special Programs as required
  • Coordinate the ordering of educational materials as required.
  • Ensure that student and instructor kit inventories are prepared and available for ordering through the National Office.
  • In conjunction with the National Executive Director, source new suppliers and methods of educational material distribution.
  • In conjunction with the Manager of Marketing and Graphics, ensure that all electronic communications mechanisms, including the organization’s website, are up to date with all relevant information as they relate to educational materials, courses and seminars.

 Qualifications

  • Fluently bilingual (French and English) oral and written is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing/ administration coordination or related experience
  • Computer literacy – Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Must be comfortable presenting in front a small group of people (ie webinars, training)
  • Project Management training and experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with publishing or graphics software would be an  asset.
  • Previous work or volunteer experience would be a definite asset.
