Located in Markham, our client is seeking a dynamic and friendly customer service representative to join their growing organization. As a member of the bilingual in-bound customer service team, you will help to maintain our strong customer satisfaction by responding to English and French customer account inquiries received by telephone, email and fax.

 Responsibilities

  • Respond to English and French customer account inquiries while maintaining and adhering to Call Centre objectives and service levels
  • Provide first call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interface with client services and IT support teams as required to resolve customer issues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  •  Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French, in both written and verbal skills
  • Post secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Minimum two years experience in Inbound Call Centre or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated and reliable, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and cross functionally as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and takes pride in quality of work
  • Proven ability using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
