 Responsibilities

  • Prime responsibility will be to serve as a first-level point contact for all end customer inquiries and requests, while also performing certain administration and marketing functions
  • Answer customer phone calls and emails and resolve their problems, inquiries, etc.
  • Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations; focus on providing solutions
  • Handle multiple customer solutions and temperaments while performing repetitive tasks
  • Documentation, and where applicable, recording of support calls for summarization
  • Day-to-day administration activities, data entry
  • Production and distribution of reports
  • Assist with the development and distribution of sales and marketing collateral
  • Takes ownership for customers problems and concerns and identify/ recommend continuous improvements
  • Desire and ability to contribute in other areas of the business, subject to day-to-day functions being fulfilled
  •  Qualifications

  • French and English language fluency is mandatory (both oral and written)
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a good listener
  • Excellent people skills and strong commitment to customer service
  • Strong PC/ Mac skills; MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable, professional, adaptable and enthusiastic
  • Strong work ethic; ability to handle fast paced environment
  • Experience with salesforc.com would be an asset
  • Web savvy and a passion for the Internet
