The Multimedia Content Production Clerk is responsible for the production, the QA and the support of online products, data mining and consolidation of any and all relevant information that can be found in systems and databases that can be used for building the customer online products. He his also in charge of identifying system errors, ensures validity of assigned activities and works with corresponding departments to effectively resolve any issues. A. Produces online products

  • Produces the online products and ensures requests are fulfilled within the established delays
  • Evaluates the impact of the prioritization vs. amount of work and keeps the manager informed
  • Question other departments and/or external clients for missing information or if issues arise
  • Notify clients as necessary of their online advertising fulfillment and provides an online proof

B. Prepare account

  • Gather information at the account level and prepare the data using the form in the system for the Multimedia Account agent
  • Respect the data collection rules

C. Collect all keywords

  • Collect keyword data for a customer business by analyzing content of their print ad, such as brands carried (e.g. Nike or Apple), products and services offered (plumbing for plumbers, roofing for roofers, etc.), payment types accepted (credit cards, cash, check), hours of operation, etc.
  • Use internal systems to collect keywords
  • Perform research on the web to add additional keywords not found in internal systems
  • Ensure keywords are configured in the system and pertinent to the customer business

D. Ensures quality of the online products

  • Ensure quality of online product content - revise final version and make adjustments if necessary
  • Do a final revision of content as if the customer was viewing its product.
  • Ensure quality of overall content before processing and sending to production.
  • Approve change requests as necessary before they go live (ads, photos, videos, text)
  • Perform general quality assurance
  • Investigate and report any trends of errors/issues/tool usage to the manager
  • Provide feedback to production clerk if changes are required.
  • Put online products in production when quality is validated and verified.

E. Supports online products

  • Receive and investigate products and accounts related requests (internal/external clients).
  • Provide technical diagnosis and resolution of any problems associated with customer products online.
  • Create tickets to support when needed and ensures follow up until resolution

Other clerical duties as assigned


  • Bilingual English/French
  • Basic Excel
  • Advanced communication skills required
  • Post secondary education is an asset
