Bilingual Order Desk Management Representative
Located in Markham, our client is seeking an organized, passionate and analytical Bilingual Order Desk Representative to join their team. Offering an exciting environment with room for growth, the ideal candidate should be passionate and friendly about their work.

| Responsibilities
- Handling incoming order calls in both English and French
- Handling input of orders, making changes and reviewing holds
- Daily management of orders, monitoring order status, resolving exceptions
- Daily decision making regarding specific customer service issues such as order holds, changes, shortages and late deliveries
- Support investigation of over ship/short ship/damage/situations and trade/non-trade related promotions as a result of deductions taken by customers
- Collect outstanding and unauthorized deductions
- Update prices as it relates to Credit Notes

Qualifications
- 1-3 years CSR/Order Desk experience
- University Degree is a must
- Exceptional communication in both English/French
- Strong leadership, time management and analytical skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to change
- Experience with SAP, AS400 or Oracle (or similar systems)
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
