Our client is looking for a confidant, organized and results driven Bilingual Assistant Administrator with administrative experience to join their team. In business since 1980, they provide a range of services within the Financial Industry.

 Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and voicemails in a professional and timely manner
  • Sending members termination packages
  • Confirm appropriate deadlines for all paperwork and documents are met
  • Ensuring administrator information is accurate and up to date
  • Mail out correspondence to Members/Financial Institutions
  • Input up to date information into database

 Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administration/clerical experience (preferably in financial services)
  • Excellent communication in both English/French
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Pension and Benefits is a strong asset
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
