Our client is a dynamic and fast growing and service driven organization in the field of marketing and technology. This highly entrepreneurial organization is dedicated to extending their client’s capabilities and servicing their customers.

 Responsibilities

  • Assist all clients’ inbound and outbound calls/emails
  • Maintain confidential information for client accounts
  • Determine customer needs through effective questioning and evaluate need for call escalation
  • Execute customer fulfillment requests through contact with appropriate departments, ie. Suppliers, Vendors.
  • Take ownership of customer issues while managing expectations

 Qualifications

  • Ability to work well in a team and to function in a multi-task environment
  • Good oral and written skills in English & French definite requirement
  • Aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information
  • Ability to prioritize, work efficiently within tight timelines and is adaptable to change
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-up independently
  • Work experience (2-3 years) in customer Service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer aptitude and data management ability
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Problem solver
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
