Our client is looking for a motivated, energetic Bilingual Coordinator who can maintain management of inventory levels and availability of designated spaces, while securing requests, relocations and backorders.


  • Daily monitoring and analyzing of space and inventory
  • Daily monitoring and securing of additional space when available
  • Ensuring accurate information into computer system
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and suppliers to take appropriate actions on important notices.
  • Communicate and resolve backorders while negotiating prices to benefit company and client
  • Support inventory/purchasing while maintaining communication and relationships with supplier


  • Post-Secondary
  • Hospitality/travel industry experience preferred
  • Superior communication in French/English (oral and written)
  • Computer skills required (CRM systems, MS Office)
  • Quick learner and problem solving skills
  • Time management skills, results oriented and attention to detail
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
