| Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound sales calls (mostly warm calls) 50-70% outbound sales
- Handle full sales cycle from generating leads, giving great sales service to closing sale
- Taking orders, liaising with outside sales representatives by phone
- Handle all inquiries through phone and email
- Entering information into customer management database software
- Occasional group emails as required

Qualifications
- 2 years of outbound calling sales experience
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Proven track record of achieving quota based on objectives
- Successful experience prospecting and qualifying sales
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet based toolsets
