Our client is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and polished professional Office Manager for a small but busy office environment. (Temporary, full time hours, possibly 6 months or more in duration)

 Responsibilities

  • Administrative support while supporting company franchises
  • Answering phones in a professional manner
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and employers
  • Bookkeeping (Quickbooks is essential)
  • Report generation and maintenance
  • Data entry
  • Opening and closing the office

 Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping experience is required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Energetic and motivated
  • English [Advanced]
