• High quality customer service to clients in Canada
• Assist clients in Canada with any concerns
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient assisstance by phone & email
• Investigate complaints from partners
• Communicate with suppliers & internal partners
• Responsible for selling packages to customers

 Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage time
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiating and decision-making skills
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Able to carry emergency after-hours cell phone
