Bilingual Administrative Coordinator
Great new position with a well established organization in the financial services industry. The Bilingual Administrative Coordinator will be primarily responsible for reading, interpreting and transposing information to create appraisal narrative reports.

 Responsibilities

 

  • Read and accurately interpret appraisal intake documents such as client questionnaires, leases, staff contracts and financial statements in both English and French
  • Accurately transpose information from intake documents into appraisal narrative report format using a standard template in both English and French
  • Facilitate and relay effective communication between Sales Representatives and Head Office
  • Facilitate and relay enquiries from potential clients by email and phone
  • Print, bind and ship appraisal reports
  • Use detailed instructions to access dental practice management software for production and revenue reporting
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required e.g. vacation relief for other administrative staff, and assisting with other French-specific needs such as proof-reading 

 Qualifications


  • Post-graduate college or university degree preferred
  • Previous related administrative experience working in French and English
  • Strong oral and written communication in both English and French (preferred as Mother Tongue) 
  • Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, good judgment 
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
